We love a good sub from Jersey Mikes but the subs are never made consistent. I will ask for items on the side, since they are usually missing from my order. To then open the sub and everything I DIDN'T want is on the sub. They have gotten better but if you order the #8 ALWAYS check to see if they put bacon on it.

This location used to my favorite. I loved coming here, the employees were kind and very welcoming. Jersey Mikes was the thing I craved most when I was pregnant so I definitely binged after giving birth lol That being said, I'm super disappointed with their service lately. I'm not sure if there was a change in management or what may have happened, but the staff is always gloom or rushing to get you out. The faces I used to like seeing are not even there anymore. I order online for pickup a lot and these past 4 orders (yes we counted) have been really disappointing. First off my order is always wrong. Either there is something missing or something that's been added that I didn't even order. We've even gotten seriously burnt black bacon that was crumbling in the sandwich. I know food service is hard, I used to work at canes so I know how frustrating and demanding that environment can be. Secondly, every time I try to pick up someone is in a bad mood or rushing me out. I know these people probably want to hurry and get out of there but seriously don't rush an order and then screw up. That's gonna cause even more issues. I absolutely LOVE jersey mikes. This is not a post directed at the franchise. This is also not to bash the employees currently there. Every location is different, as to be expected. I'm just so disheartened that the one closest to me, literally across the street, has become unreliable. I hope something changes for the better.

Whoever was the manager today at this Jersey Mikes was absolutely fantastic!! I have never had jersey mikes before so I was skeptical but he helped me pick what sandwich I wanted and even when I left my side of meat for my dog inside he came out in the rain just to make sure my dog got his treat too! I have found my new favorite sandwich shop for sure. Never had such a good experience just trying to get some food but it warmed my heart. Love it.

This was the strangest visit to Jersey Mike's I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in things were just "off". I was the first person in line, and before anyone came to take my order, another couple walked in behind me, then another couple behind them and another single person behind them. At this point, there were now six ppl in the line. There was an employee standing in front of the vegetables and one at the cash register...both of them just looking at all of us, not saying a word. Then the sandwich maker showed up and asked what I wanted....i gave him my order, and then he broke out an order pad and proceeded to ask every person behind me what they wanted to order, writing down their sandwich choice, type of bread, etc...meanwhile the entire process is at a complete standstill, and at this point I've probably been standing there for 5+ minutes before he even started my sandwich. Once the sandwich was made I had it dressed the way I wanted, paid and was off to get my drink. That's when I found out that the tea had not been made...dispensers were not even put together. The sandwich, as usual, was delicious...the service....absolutely the strangest i have ever encountered....it was painful to watch the process unfold in front of me.

My boyfriend and I both worked here. The atmosphere was constantly toxic and full of drama. The supposed manager never really managed anything and was never there half the time. Alcohol was being drunk by workers on the job and nothing was done about it, as well as people just showing up to work. Not to mention, my boyfriend not only got punched in the face by a coworker while on the phone with his boss and was told to sweep it under the rug, but he also was shoved by a woman, and then because he pushed her back he was fired. They absolutely did not do anything to defend him and they do not care about their workers. The names of corporate managers are Bobby and Scott, and the manager of the rock creek store is Christian. They wronged my boyfriend and I do not recommend eating at this franchise!

I'd enjoy better quality seating for the cost of the sandwich. The food is completely fresh and delicious every time, though. The concept of tipping an employee who is already making far above minimum wage isn't something I enjoy or do. I sometimes tip if they are really happy to be there and go over the top with work ethic.
