This review is for the cinnabites only. Our family regularly does "taste tests" for fun. On this occasion, we did cinnamon desserts from Marcos, papa John's, dominos and Jets pizza. Overall, with our five "testers" it was a close first race between Papa John's and Jets, with Papa John's coming out on top.Dominos were good, just not anyone's favorite. Not sure what was going on with Marcos, maybe something had gone bad or something was done wrong, but three of the people testing actually spit it out. I hope something was wrong and I will ask around to see if other people have tried them and if they liked them. I won't be ordering them anytime in the future.

It was my first time ever trying this place and I am very disappointed by this place. I placed an order for delivery yesterday for a hot honey pizza and breadsticks. Online it said 30 minutes, but instead took an hour -- that is understandable considering it was Saturday Night.Our order came, and they gave us two orders of breadsticks instead of our pizza. I called the store immediately and the girl on the phone said they were out of hot honey pizza. I don't understand why they wouldn't call instead of sending another order of breadsticks?They sent a fresh pizza, but that took over an hour also. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. I was excited to try this place and now wish I never did.

Can never seem to get my sauce cup when I order through Uber. Even when I put extra instructions. Pizza is always good just don't know what the sauce taste like ?

I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas online and there was a minor issue with the order, but they resolved the issue immediately. The pizza was amazing and totally worth it. Excellent Excellent customer service. I would recommend this Marco's to anyone.

I ordered a meat-lovers today, and the young lady who took my order over the phone was very pleasant, upbeat and seemed like she had a smile while taking the order. After arriving, I was greeted with pleasantries and a nice hot pizza for my son and IMarco's has become one of my favorites. Great service in a nice, cozy setting.Highly recommended.

Time 11:06 pmTheir delivery driver high as hell gave our order to someome else at the complex and the manager on duty had the nerve to get an attitude and mad at my family because their employee wanted to smoke cheap weed and give our order away to the wrong person. i was willing to just take the refund but it was the lack of professionalism and attitude from the higher up. Do better Mr. "That's what I thought"Oh and to add insult to injury we went there today to check on the status of the incident but just found out. The manager at that time didnt even log in the incident so they lied which is a bad look on top of being disrespectful and rude. And then we didnt get a refund which is fine whatever but they did try to lowball us by giving us credit for one pizza and not even for the whole order like come on. I actually used to like marcos but maybe its because i decided to try this location, and maybe staff just dont feel like living up to marcos customer service standards that i know the company trains its staff to uphold.Update Update.Tiffany at this location was awesome in helping us. it seems like the other managers wanted to blindside her by not updating her on the issue but she was very kind patient and understanding of the situation and she was even appaled they treated us like that out the blue.

The trainee and the trainer took my order for small 1/2 cheese and 1/2 deluxe incorrectly tonight and delivered a small pepperoni pizza. I called back twice and the manager said he would send the correct pizza twice. It hasn’t arrived 2hrs after my original phone call. Make sure you don’t get a trainee to order.
Excellent experience. Ordered a pizza and wings. Food was great. Customer service excellent. My server, person who took my order was very nice. Restaurant looked nice. Food was delicious. Crust, toppings. We ordered a veggie pizza with pepperoni. Trying to be healthy, but we love pizza. The crust was my favorite. Cooked well. Husband and I very much approved. Ordering was easy. Drove by Marcos. Passed it up. U-turned. Looked at menu as I'm not familiar. Server told me how long the wait. I waited in the car. Headed in. To my surprise my server was coming out the door with my order. That was so very nice and unexpected. We enjoyed our dinner. Thank you for making it. Just an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend

Walked in stood in front at counter for 10 mins. Not a greeting or a hello. Terrible customer service. The place was empty as well this is unacceptable.
