Omg! I’ve been to a few different locations and the service that I received was mediocre at best. My visit today was phenomenal! I don’t know what sort of training the employees are receiving here, but keep up the great work!

Have you ever had a bad Smoothie from Smoothie King? I haven’t until I went to this location. I’m trying to drink my smoothie and huge chunks of Almonds are blocking my straw. The ice looks like a fountain drink. Is your blender broken? Sad thing is that’s 3 in a row. Never again.

I was having a reaaally bad time today, and the hottest, cutest, caring cashier was so nice to us, I came in with my mom and my sister, and our english is SO bad, however the cashier helped us to get our order!!

I just had bariatric sleeve surgery, I told the employe that took my order of it and I can't have anything with to much sugar, he completely understood to substituted the order with sugar free items. Thank you, will definitely be a regular here!

Helpful employees to assist in being able to get the smoothie needed for whatever is going on. They have additives that can make you have energy or boost your immune system. Just talk to them and they are more than happy to help.

My smoothie is good 9/10 when I get it and that's when they get my order right, they are extremely slow even if I order ahead of time on the app or drive-through, I kept giving them chances, considering they were new, but the same problem still exist.

Great management! I go here almost daily. I use the app, which everyone should,you get lots of goodies for being a member. Anyway, I had an issue the other day with my order, so when I received the email that asked “How did we do?” I did the survey and let them know my smoothie was not good, for the first time.Well, the owner called me to make it right. Of course, I was going to get my smoothie later that day. So she had her staff remake the one from the day before and it was on the house. It was very good. Just wonderful service. I’ll be there tomorrow with my dog and they even give out pup cups!!!
