This location is right around the corner from my home and is a complete mess. I came to the store around 7:45pm on 11/17/23. I ordered from the kiosk because the last 2 times I came to this store I went to the drive through and both times my order was wrong so I assumed if I ordered through the kiosk my order would be correct. I waited for over 15 mis for my order of 10 items and when it was brought to me it did not have the drinks included. I asked for the drinks and was treated like I was trying to cheat them out of drinks, my mistake for choosing no receipt at the kiosk. After finally getting my drinks and getting home I find that 6, YES 6 OF MY ORDERS ARE WRONG. I will not be returning to this location as I do not see any way they can correct their issues without a huge management change.
Second time they gave us the wrong burritos. They also put all the burritos in the same wrapper so we have to open the burrito to see what they were. The employee at the window just handed the order to me and then closed the window. He never asked if i wanted any sauce; never said have a nice evening, thanks for coming, nothing. Wont go back here again and will recomend other people to go else where.

The atmosphere was the best part about it. Felt like a nightclub in there. Had the most amazing tacos and thoughtful conversations with trusted friends. Boy do I love Kingwood Taco Bell! I’m never coming back!
