The one star is due to the fact that it is wingstop and their recipes. Meaning the food is good - if you can make it through the awful service, long past quoted wait times, and your order being wrong over half the time. Not even mentioning the visible and blatant health code violations.

This Wingstop is the best. DoorDash royally screwed up my order and tried to send it to the wrong address before just cancelling it and leaving me hanging. This store called me up and helped get everything figured out and the food was delicious.

They do not offer buy 1 get 1 on Tuesdays. Every wing place does, but not them. The lady didn't even know what I was talking about. So I left.Popeyes, Churches, Brewings, Wings n more, Buffalo wild wings, and many more, but NOT Wingstop.I will never go to another wingstop again.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I would like to start off this review by advising that I frequent Wingstop on Mondays and Tuesdays due to their 70 cent boneless wing deal. I normally do business with the Wingstop located on Richmond avenue but because I am temporarily residing in Kingwood I stopped at this location to pickup my normal order. When I called to place my order the woman who answered the call did not know that they had a special on the boneless wings, I figured she was new but regardless someone working in that industry should know more than a customer. When I arrived to pick up my order the manager at the location refused to provide me ranch to go with my order and advised that ranch is not included with the boneless wings. At this point it was not about the ranch but about the principle as my normal location always provided ranch. I would never do business with this location ever again and advise against anyone else to do business with them also. Spend your money else where, where your business is appreciated!
