Best Barbecue in Texas ! And if you can eat all thats on your plate your a better man than most. Becoming a land mark in the city of Kountze. Treat your taste buds to some great Brisket. Got to go im getting hungry.
Great bbq and very generous portions- how could you go wrong? Brisket is tender and well smoked . Only complaint that I have is that they are not open 7 days a week. Go with the brisket and ribs plate. Best in the area.

The wife and I were in the area looking for a new place to eat stumbled upon Caroline's I am so grateful we did from the minute you walked through the door, the smells, Smiles, service, food, people are wonderful we got there just before the rush and the rush was out the door seating area is very limited the food is amazing. If you get the baked potato I hope you're hungry..... we will be back... bring CASH they do not take plastic
