“I went here about 2 weeks ago, 01/30/2024, and got a medium dirty chai with brown sugar. It was pretty good, better than Starbucks. The total was $5.31. Today, I went and got the same exact thing and the total was $8.96? At first I thought I misheard, but nope, $8.96. So my question is, in 2 weeks did the prices change that much? Why is this not on the menu on the outer wall? That is a $3.65 difference!! Needless to say, if the prices are that inconsistent based on who is working, it will prevent me from wanting to go back. Maybe it was in an error, but I just a little frustrated because I was not expecting to spend $8.96 but $5.31..“

“Loved our first visit to Birdie’s. The aesthetic is cute and cozy. The food was very good and came out FAST. Jenna was our waitress and she did a fantastic job! We never had to ask for water; she was attentive and friendly. We also had two additional staff members check on us. Shoutout to the management team for their efforts in cultivating a wonderful staff!Another great plus is the bathrooms are clean AND smell good ☺️. We will definitely be back!“

The crème brûlée doughnut, apple fritter, pistachio matcha, and fig mascarpone were all fantastic!! If I lived in Dallas I would be fatter than already am since I would stop here at least weekly. My dad got an espresso, daughter got an iced golden lavender latte, and I got an iced caramel macchiato—all excellent.“

“Older place but clean and organized. A wonderful smell of pancakes as you walk in. Seated right away in a half full dining room, eclectic crowd much usually means good food. Server was pleasant and timely. I ordered the cowboy omelet that comes with exceptional shredded hash brown, and your choice of toast. My wife had the short stack with a side of bacon and hash browns. Both meals were very good and a standard diner fare done very well. I was very impressed with the cook on the hash brown; crispy on the surface but soft on the inside. Most places overcook them but these were the star of the show. One item could be improved and that is the temperature of the milk. I ordered a glass of milk and it was just cool, almost room temp when it should be very cold. Overall, we will definitely come back here.“

“Chris was very easy to work with, delivered 2 mobile coffee carts for a large corporate event at SWA. Custom logo was a huge hit. Was on time and professional. Everyone enjoyed it. Great idea for a large AM conference or style of wvent. Only issues I felt were sometimes a lag in response time by email. Wish there was a pdf of all the plug in requirements, a checklist of what was needed on our end. Needing a certain format for logos, no biggie but could've been done sooner. Made it kind of last minute. I would definitely work with them again.“

Although when it’s busy idk how people are patient but they are!Service is always friendly, they definitely chat at the window as you’re waiting for coffee sometimes and all of the interactions I’ve had with the baristas have been respectful and polite.Coffee is delicious. Better than starbs. I’m basic and go for the latte or americano bc I want to see if they use good coffee beans. Again, delicious. If you like something more, definitely try their golden eagle or chai with a shot or two of espresso. Will not disappoint!“

“Coming home from an early morning airport drop-off, I stopped at Bubbl Well, and I'm glad I did.I ordered a small Kolache, Cream Donut, and small coffee. All three tasted great. The coffee was bold but smooth, I liked it alot.The dining room was clean, and the drink refrigerator was well stocked. Visiting from out of town and family that lives in Denton recommended that we go on a Monday midday so we could have either breakfast or lunch with no crowd. Lunch starts at 11:00 a.m. if you want to enjoy the entire menu. Staff is friendly and quick to get you started with whatever coffee orders or other drinks you would like. I ordered the butter pecan latte, not all that decadent when you see the other drinks involving ice cream on the menu. So tempting! We came with specific things in mind to order. The Monte Cristo was a must have. The "Almost Famous" Cinnamon Roll was another. The Monte Cristo is a ham & cheese filled breakfast sandwich, dipped in French toast egg dip and deep fried golden and crisp. Served with a pot of blackberry compote and a pot of a vanilla cream, for sandwich dipping or spreading. This sandwich hits all the flavor notes perfectly. Definitely a place that I will come back to the next time I visit Denton!Parking: Fairly large parking lot, but on a busy weekend I'm sure that it becomes more of a challenge.Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to bring the kids, they do have items that would appeal to the younger ones. Lots of space between the tables and room for high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, most of the restaurant is on one floor with plenty of room between tables to maneuver.“

“Love that West Oak is open until 9pm, it makes for a great place to study after dark that isn’t on campus. Besides that, their coffee is phenomenal! I wish they had a few more flavor options, specifically sugar free options, but they have plenty of sugar free sweeteners available to accommodate.The baristas are knowledgeable and very helpful. West Oak is a staple on the square and I highly recommend it for studying, a quick coffee break, or a gathering place for friends.“

“Came here today for breakfast and read the reviews first. Some of the reviews were low, but I still gave it a try and I’m so glad I did!!! Everything and I mean everything was EXCELLENT. It was crowded but I was able to be seated. My server was Marsha and she took excellent care of me. I ordered the veggie skillet and you can choose between toast or pancakes and I chose pancakes. I also had coffee with they have assorted creams and the coffe was fresh and good! My food was so good. I typically don’t eat all my food bc I get full fast but I wanted to keep eating my skillet. It was fresh and came out hot. My pancakes were hot, and although it was my fault they got cold my sever offered to make me new ones I told her no just tap them in the microwave for a few seconds. But I love that she was willing to have them made over. I still can’t understand why some reviews are negative. Everyone was friendly and willing to help you, tables were cleaned off fast and overall it was a great experience. I will def be back!“

“TL;DR: Fantastic coffee, and they even made decaf good.I have purchased drinks and beans here, as well as ordered beans shipped from the roastery. I recently had to go to decaf for medical reasons and that scared the heck out of me as I am a coffee addict/lover/home espresso brewer/etc.The beans I'll talk about here are the Mexican Turquesa from the Chiapas region. They are Solar roasted Arabica. Tasting notes of Walnut and Milk ChocolateI originally had the non decaf medium roast and I loved it for pour over. Drip (mocha master), and it turned out a pretty tasty espresso shot with very little difficulty in dialing in the grind.Since I have switched to decaf, I have had both the medium and the dark roast. There is barely a hint of difference in pour over and drip on the medium roast.It's fantastic that a decaf could date so could. I have been a death before decaf person, until It was a reality. I was very worried I would have to give up coffee as I've never heard a good word about decaf.I then thought to myself, if there is anyone I can think of that could keep flavor and texture intact, it would be Combs. I went up to Corinth and had a pour over in the cafe and I was impressed. I bought a jar then and there.I had since run out and ordered another 12oz of the medium, and decided to also give the dark roast a try, specifically for my Moka Pot. The Dark roast performed very well in the mokapot. All of the tasting notes were there.Combs sent me fresh roasted beans. The moment I opened up the UPS envelope, the aroma engulfed me in a warm hug of happiness and comfort.Again, I was not disappointed, and it has far exceeded expectations.Comb's really does decaf justice with their Mountain Water Process method.“

There’s a kiosk inside to order the food and drinks. Mobile order ahead is also an options however the counter service was slow. The food & beverage taste was good.“
