We used them to cater our daughter's wedding. We had some unique requests with needing gluten-free, dairy-free and nightshade free options. The food was amazing! The employees that worked at the wedding were friendly and a joy to work with. They were on time and very efficient. Highly recommend!
We hired Extreme Cuisine Catering for a 70 guest event, and it was a painless process. Communication was excellent along with the massive amount of well priced food which received great compliments. Matt is personable, and wants your event to be successful. Highly recommend Extreme Cuisine.

Chefs Kathleen and Matt are phenomenal to work with for so many reasons! They catered our entire CCTE-TCEA Conference at TWU, and they truly went above and beyond by providing us with delicious food, plenty of extra servings, vegetarian/ dairy-free/ kosher options, extra tablecloths, and accommodating some last-minute surprises.
