Lonnie review. Went to this location I have to say very disappointed me and my wife had a couple of different ones. The food tasted burnt was really tough to eat and also received an egg roll and it was burnt cooked way too long so the flavor was a very good, but I hope you get the act together, just saying
I love Panda Express but I went in today around 6:10 pm, none of the employees were wearing gloves so I asked to speak to the manager to ask her why. She told me for back of house it was optional.. so I asked why isn't front of house wearing any then? And she didnt really have an answer. It was super off putting seeing them not wash their hands. Also seeing them drop food on the dirty line, just to pick it up and place it in someone's order was really messed up

This is always a favorite, and we eat Panda at least a couple times a week. I know a few staff members by name, and I hope they get to see this. Donna and Annabell have the most outstanding customer service skills. They are friendly, helpful, and always ready to serve us. We have a Panda location close to our home but drive out of our ways to go to the Kyle location.
