I got a 9 pc nuggets meal and I am very disappointed. The chicken was barely over flour white in color and had zero flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasteless as well. The coleslaw and fried okra were the only good part of the 13.00 meal with add-ons. I've given them the benefit of the doubt too many times now so I won't be using church's for meals but would consider the okra and a drink for snacks.

Although the chicken is very delicious, but the staff has no idea what to do, they take a long time to deliver orders, 38 minutes for an order of 16 mixed half spicy and half original and after delivery they did not give me spicy only original, Church's is Very tasty but the staff is ruining it.

Just moved to the area and this has to be the worst experience of any place I have been. The young man at the register just stared at me when I walked in, barely spoke, and the visible staff seemed more like prisoners than employees. There was a gentleman waiting for food when I arrived, and was still waiting after I had eaten and left. The chicken had no flavor, like it was just breaded in plain flour. After waiting about 10 minutes when they handed my order, the young man told me it would be another 10 minutes for a biscuit and said do you just want to take it without? No manager in site. Who was supposed to train these people? No wonder they looked like they have been to battle and lost. Where is the leadership?

The prices on Church's Chicken have increased quite a bit, nonetheless the food is good.
Another bad experience at this location. Had to wait 15 minutes, again, for chicken strips. No warning or advisement from the staff. This seems to be the norm here. I do not recommend going to this location. I really like the food but the service makes it too difficult for me to frequent the restaurant. You would be better served getting your chicken strips at one of the other fast food places in town, or traveling out of town to a different location.
