If you're looking for good tex-mex on a budget this is it. Large portions and best in town type of prices. The wait staff is also top shelf. They never write down my family's order and they always get it right. I only have a family of 4 but each one of us likes very different things. There is, in my opinion, better tex-mex in La Porte but you'll pay a considerably higher bill. But overall we love it and will definitely be back.

Visit 11-15-2023: My friend and I had a late lunch here today. I had the Pollo Gratinado (grilled chicken covered with Monterrey jack cheese) and it was yummy! The dish was served with rice and refried beans, pico, and a choice of flour or corn tortillas. My friend had a cheese enchilada plate and said she really enjoyed it. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. There is a small ice cream machine near the entrance for a quick treat.Parking: There are some spaces right near the door and more parking further out.Kid-friendliness: There was a small child at a table near us who seemed content and was sitting in a booster seat.

Salsa was good, guacamole completely bland- it was just mashed avocados not even so much as salt, enchiladas were kinda funky too and the cheese tasted off. ? I really didn't care for it, seemed like super cheap ingredients.
