Though it was lunch, carry extra money. The food was good, but was made to order (took a while). The seating was cramped. It was clean. Waiter was knowledgeable about menu items. Owner was present and spoke to us/waited on us. He did get our checks mixed up, but figured it out. It's new. Once the kinks get worked out, it will be a good place to go.

Definitely get a reservation if it’s for brunch, we didn’t but we were super fortunate they made some room. And I’m glad they did because it exceeded expectations!! We’ve been wanting to try this place forever and finally made the time and we will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about this place. Food, service and Ambiance are all fantastic. Took my wife there for a brunch, now mind you everything wasn't perfect but the owner quickly corrected any issues we had. We will definitely be a regular at this place.

Ed's Bistro is an awesome place for high caliber food. Everything I've ever tried here has been top notch. From the ingredients they source and use, to the way they magically mesh them together, they deliver on flavor and complexity. They rotate specials of the day and have a set menu with local favorites. We 100% recommend trying it for yourself. The staff is always courteous and you even get personable, down to Earth service from the proprietor.

Had brunch here on Saturday with my wife and some friends. Great little place to stop in and have some brunch. Menu has a broad range of items and I had the shrimp& grits with Tasso ham and applewood bacon bits. It was great and had an amazing flavor. Highly recommend giving it a try.
