This store is good for produce and that's about it. Last Saturday I went shopping here.. and spent $300...and I was very disappointed in the quality of ALL of their bakery goods and meat, seafood. The bakery cookies, you pay $4.98 to get 6 cookies were past their due date. They just put a new sticker on the box not even bothering to cover the expired sticker! When I'm paying a dollar a pop for a cookie, I at least expect it to be good for a couple of days, not expired. They didn't have any bakery goods that were fresh. And to top it off, all the old stuff now contains GMO's! Everything in the bakery has GMO's in it! Do you mean to tell me that the owner and CEO's of H-E-B that made a 61 BILLION DOLLAR PROFIT LAST YEAR have to resort to "let's see if we can chintz down on that flour and sugar and butter and put the stuff out of the test tube that causes cancer"?? Look at the labels folks if you don't believe me, "contains a bioengineered food product" is on EVERYTHING in the bakery! Even the $25 cakes!! So, if they've resorted to putting the GMO's in bakery products I can't trust them to have "clean" meat or seafood either. The only organic hamburger they had was from Australia!?? Isn't this Texas? Doesn't HEB brag on getting their beef from Texas? The chuck roasts that used to be $8 are now $20 and have so much fat in them that it's like chewing a big stick of bubblegum! Their prime ground chuck has no flavor at all PLUS now I have to worry that it's going to be near spoiled. All of these bad changes have happened in the last 6 months or so. The HEB meals? Family size. $14. You better use it the next day because you don't have any choice, that's when it expires. Their cage free eggs? The yolks are a pale yellow. They're supposed to be almost orange. I could go on and on. Might as well get everything from Walmart. Yes they have GMO's in all of their bakery goods but they're half the price at least!

This is our new favorite grocery store. The prices are good, the store itself is huge, like a big Krogers. They have their own brands that are as cheap as Wal-Mart for the most part. Their bakery is simply awesome, with fresh tortillas made daily, cakes, cookies, oh my. All in all, a great place.

I’m a handicap man that was sent into circles to find a cart with zero help from employees of your store. I have one good leg. I shop at heb faithfully and your employees let me down. Not only was a man with one leg sent walking into circles but zero help was offered after asking for a manager. If you treat your handicap like this I have no problem spending my money somewhere else.

The food and product quality is going down. Staff is not as pleasant as they were pre-Covid. Not all there fault. Management could make it easier for them. Also, personal shoppers need etiquette and self awareness training!!!!!

They told me an hour ago that my grocery pick up was ready but they’ve had me waiting about an hour upon arrival. They are slammed? But when you pay a premium you expect to get the service. I think I’m done with this location because they don’t seem to care about being timely or consistent

This one of the best grocery store I have bee. This reminds me of Harmons back home! This has everything you can think of. I enjoy coming here. Very friendly staff and very clean also. They have great produce really amazing meat department and the pastries are amazing. They make homemade tortillas there shoot what else do you want!! Come check this place out. You will live and won't want to leave.

We bought 2 cookies and a cake to share one random night and it was totally worth it! Delivered fresh to our door and so good. The cookies are so soft and melt in your mouth. The cake? So yummy! I need to try the others.

I love this H‑E‑B! I shop there almost every day and the staff have always been so kind to me and my husband. They have great selection of items for both grocery and households items. Their produce is always fresh. I prefer the self check out lane but honestly when I have to go to the cashiers, they always have a great attitude. Their coupons are really good too.

Unfortunately the young staff needs work- I have been here numerous times when the check out workers have actually cursed in front of me while speaking to one another- very unprofessional and probably offensive to an older customer demographic. I also have been given a nasty look by one of the male parking lot cart workers when putting a cart back at the cart station while he was actively working on retrieving them all- he made a comment as I walked away but I did not hear it and kept walking because I knew it was probably rude. H‑E‑B, please try to teach these kids some manners. It's a real put-off. The Walmart employees are better by far.
