This has been the third time (in a row) that my order has been incorrect. When I say incorrect, I mean absolutely nothing that I ordered being correct. Check your order and do the businesses job for them because you will be disappointed otherwise.

They dont keep their shake machine on all night when they are 24 hrs.
6:44 am 12/29/23 and was told,'They just opened us up and everything is cold. Can you wait sbout ten minutes?' On google maps, it says 24 hours. Must be outside the space time continuum. The guy was very nice but still.

I had the best burger of any fast food restaurant I have been to. The lettuce was super fresh that it crunched. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will 100% come back to this Jack in the Box. It is the best in the Houston

Always happy to be here. I weirdly exist because of Jack in the Box haha. My Mother and Father met at Jack in the Box 38 yrs ago. So this restaurant is always a must while we're down south. Mostly because it's delicious, but it's also sentimental ?.Corporate needs to bring back the Xmas ornaments, and the Sriracha Burger!

Apparently this location thinks it's ok to put whatever they want in your bag since what they put in is the same price of what I actually wanted anyway. At least according to the lady answering the phone. Then acted like she didn't want to answer if they had what I PAID for. They need to hire ppl that actually care. Rather go to the one a few miles away.
