I waited at the counter for my order to be picked up for about thirty minutes while cars drove through the drive-through. I don't think it was appropriate customer service while I was there at the counter and nobody even noticed. This has occurred to me twice.Be sure before placing your order at the counter.

The whole purpose of a McDonald’s experience is knowing you are going to get consistency. Knowing what you are going to get each time you go there. While on the phone with family member who ordered a vanilla iced coffee tonight-the manager came out and when family member complained about the coffee manager said “why are you complaining?” Because you should get consistency. When family member said they were going to go to Casey’s from now on, manager said “go ahead”. Definitely lost a customer from me as well. Didn’t even ATTEMPT to make it right or apologize. I was absolutely shocked that a manager would speak to a customer this way. He didn’t know someone overheard his comments. Teach your staff some quality control. Oh, wait-someone teach this MANAGER quality control and basic customer service skills. Some of his staff can actually make a decent vanilla iced coffee. Take your $$ down the road if it is evening hours!

It's a new location it started slow. With bad service but it seems like it's finally coming around and is comparable with other McD's. It's not a 24-hour location. So it does seem, fresher, if that can be a description of McD's. Currently, if I need nuggets I would probably go there before others. Although the McD's in Walmart not so far away is one of the best McD's I've ever been to. Again that's not saying much at the end of the day it's McD's.

No service at all. Waited forever in the lobby this morning. No one else was waiting in the lobby when I got there. The machine didn't have receipt paper, so I didn't know my number. A girl brought out an order, and I asked her what food was in the order, she gives me a look like I was bothering her before looking in the bag. The employees don't want to have any contact with the customers. The manager had come out earlier to do something to the register, and he made sure he didn't make any eye contact. I wouldn't stop here, but someone at the McDonald's drive-thru at Burke and Fairmount got the number off the back of my debit card and tried to use it so I don't go there anymore.

This is my local McDs so I'm there pretty often (usually grabbing a $1 drink). I prefer this location to every other one - the people are friendlier and the service through the drive through is pretty quick (for a mcdonalds).

Handed out fries first, left out 4 of our burger, did correct it, food was cold when we got home. What ever happened to an expeditors?Dietary restrictions: Diabete menu would be great. Maybe burgers on a whole wheat bun, a healthier choice.Kid-friendliness: Toys that are more exciting, I have a very intelligent 3 year old who hates getting repeated toys. It's a big disappointment. We get her a Happy Meal almost everyday, because she does not eat everything.

BEST McDonald’s Double Cheeseburger I’ve ever had. It was incredible and the sweet woman at the window blew me a kiss goodbye as I departed with my bounty. I will definitely return for another burger and kiss.
Besides me and my 7 year old daughter standing inside at the register waiting for someone to take our order "Meanwhile a manager kept looking over seeing us standing there and just kept doing what she was doing".... Besides that the food was great and fast. You can't let one person ruin it for you...
