The best things about this restaurant are the people that work there. These lovely people are always smiling, and have the most genuine smiles and friendliness. The fact the the food is always delivered hot and fresh and tasty to the table is just another perk next to the #1 reason we go there. Super cute place too.

Been wanting to try this location but never could get service. Lady seated us and never took our drink order. Watched 3 more tables come in and immediately get service. Decided to leave and informed them (kindly) that we never could get waited on and they just said “ok.”

Only giving 2 stars because everything was fine - we thought - but I got food poisoning SO bad that I missed 2 days of my in-laws visit ?? I was the only one who had chicken, fruit, and a side of French toast - no clue what caused it, but it was brutal!MIL had a beef taco salad; FIL had an amazing looking Reuben; and husband had a chicken fried steak on top of biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs - my chicken was also chicken fried btw.Anyhow, I don't think I will be going back, but I have a neighbor that loves the place so...?

Wife had the Monday special ( Chicken fried chicken) With country fries and fried okra, With a slice of key lime pie for dessert. This is a quaint diner that could use a little more decor. Our server was very nice. I ordered the Ruben Sandwich and it was the worst I have ever seen. While the marble rye was very good, it was soggy from the butter not being toasted on the grill. The so called corned beef was left over something like dried out sliced shoe leather. I’m not even sure the meat was corned beef. A slice of fake Kraft single cheese was added. For a $10 sandwich I would have expected better. I should have ordered the pancakes.
