Came by for lunch. There were a few customers eating and I orders and food was ready in like 10 minutes. I tried the green Piccadilo gorditas plate. Cane Worth rice and beans. The whole plate was great. Great flavor in the gorditas. The rice and beans were fresh and made in house. The pastor tacos are fire. The Barbacoa are also good but not as good. Great hole in the wall place. Definitely recommend
I felt compelled to write a review of this restaurant after my first visit because of the phenomenal food I just ate. This is a small, small restaurant that is the true definition of family-owned AND operated, which I am a fan of, but nonetheless has nothing to do with why you would come here- the food. Authentic mexican food; it was really good! Their green salsa was a bit too spicy for me, I wish I brought my Riopan in order to be able to enjoy it, trust me, it's worth it. Gordita de rajas con queso would be my fave. My boyfriend had some pastor and chicken tacos; he really enjoyed them.
