I bought a meal on Tuesday and the tenders I got were tiny. They were half the size of the normal chicken tenders so I called and a lady explained that they was an issue with their vender and she was nice enough to replace our meals the next time I came in. So when my husband went back to get our meals the man gave us chicken a roll and a gravy and didn’t give us the fries . So called back and asked why I didn’t get my fries he said the note didn’t say sides it said only a #1 so I asked what was in a #1 he just continued to say said she didn’t write down side. I got made and expressed when you pay this much for food, you should get what you pay for. And yes I got loud. Then he hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone calls anymore. And that sucks my husband had to go somewhere else to get us french fries. To make things worse, our chicken that we did get was cold and tasted old. Will not be going there again!!!!!

I would think twice before stopping at this location they cut their chicken strips in half and say that's how they come off a truck but they're the only Chicken Express location in the state that gets them that way. Strips are barely bigger than nuggets and you would expect in a kids

This place sucks! I love chicken express but this location is horrible. I live in Lake Worth but have to drive to Saginaw to eat Chicken Express. This location simply don’t care. The quality is bad: The food sits up there for hours. The staff is so horrible, they only tend to the drive thru. If you go in the lobby you will be waiting!

I placed a doordash order well within time to get it delivered before they closed. The store confirmed it. But it took until a driver got there for me to find out that they have no tenders. How is a chicken place out of tenders an hour before close? And why did they confirm it if they didn't have what was ordered? 3 drivers, rude customer service reps in the store, and an hour later...no food and no refund, with no help from the store. I can deal with doordash but they shouldn't have confirmed it.

I went to the drive thru and got a snack pack well it’s supposed to come with like 2 tenders it came with like one tender not ever big enough for my 3 year old to eat! The smallest tender I’ve seen don’t think they was cooked all that great either but they could definitely do

I went through the drive-thru but the drive-thru worker was very rude to me. I understand it's hot outside but don't be rude to your customers. I do talk fast, but I've only ever had to repeat myself once . I had to repeat myself about six times to this her. And once I got to the window I realized why she was carrying on a conversation with somebody else and not listening to what I was saying.

So not that I have to waste my time during the Cowboys season opener and comment about how rude your employee was...She said her name was Zoey just to look at the camera it was 8:27 I sent my wife to get an order remade that I personally called about on August 13,2023 the day after my order was very not correct at all on 8-12-23. Yes it's Sept.10,2023 so what I made sure you said you would write my name down and that when I came back that it would be fine and I also kept my receipt. You gave her hell we ain't looking for a handout but thank you for royally messing up my night that i decided to come to your establishment for a remade order. You fumbled the ball and definitely waiting on a response from a manager to make it right how rude. Keep a notebook that tells no lies cause we didn't.

Horrible, we ordered a 20 tender meal, a number 1, 2 pc of chicken only and a gallon of sweet tea and we got soggy cold tenders and didn't even get all 20 got 16, the chicken was soggy and cold and the tea was watered down to the point it was just nasty. We spent 75 dollars for that and was told there was nothing they could do about it unless I brought the chicken back. Mind you we live 30 miles away. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes were also cold. For 75 bucks I would definitely expect better food than that or definitely better service. Go to Lisa's they are half the price and their food is hot and tasty!!!!Dietary restrictions: We like got food not cold and soggy.
