Food was Great. But why can’t it be hotter? Like seriously? I’m in the habit now of asking for my shredded cheese to be between the rice/beans (in the burrito bowl) and the protein so that it hopefully melts a little bit. But the overall food would be SOO much better if it was hot. Or at least lukewarm.

Store either has computer problems or is so busy and neglected. Ordered through the app as I normally do and so glad I did bc the line was almost out the door. There were food scraps all over the counter, the lobby was messy, there were no napkins or lids, and the trash was overflowing. The store needs help!!!

It’s usually very nice in here, and cleanly. Hence my 4 star review. But today I came in and it was extremely slow, barely anyone in here, and it was pretty dirty. The tables weren’t cleaned off, trash was piled all the way up to where I had to wedge my trash into the trash can, super dirty floors and no ice or lemonades made. Customer service wasn’t great either, the people working seemed to really dislike their job; or are all having a bad day. Typically the employees are super friendly in here. Not impressed after leaving here today.

Great value for your money. I always get the chicken bowl and I have never been disappointed. We had it delivered and we have also dined inParking: They have plenty of parking and handing cap parking. I don't remember if they had a ramp for a wheelchair

they loaded my bowl with no questions asked! i made sure to get my moneys worth and they were okay with that and didn’t charge extra considering chipotle as a company is stingy with their protein nowadays they at least compensate with more of the cheese and corn and red sauce. employees were kind and fantastic and nice. no spoons though and no hot sauces like tabasco chipotle like how other locations have.

Why do the employees act like cheese is coming out of their paychecks??? They are so stingy with cheese and it’s not just one person, it seems to be ALL of them. The chips at this location are never seasoned as well as other locations and are often overcooked. And they always run out of chips (and many times certain proteins) way before closing. I wish we had another location closer to home with better quality.

Food wasn’t bad but dining room was absolutely filthy trash and dishes stacked two plus feet tall trash all over the drink counter it was very sticky as well the ice machine was out as well as every one of they’re house lemonade drinks. Good Customer service was non existent staff all acted like they didn’t want to do their job. Do not recommend at all.

This was...honestly one of the worst times I've ever eaten at Chipotle. We Dash'd the food so never went in store, but the tortilla was crunchy somehow and falling apart, it was filled only about 2/3 of what a normal burito from here typically is and while it was a Dash issue looking at the receipt, missing the meat I thought I had ordered...My wife's Bowl the white rice was also crunchy, kinda like they were scraping the bottom of the warming try. It was also only about 2/3 the normal portion size for one of their bowls.Also, it was only about 20 minutes from ordering to getting the food in hand...so how both items were pretty much stone cold is beyond me.
Went here Sunday around 11:45 am -12:00 pm and the doors were locked. There were people inside eating and workers inside and not one person came to the door to open it. Very inconsiderate. Won't come here again.

The last two times I've been to this location there has been lack of care. First time I informed the staff the diet coke was out, she clearly looked annoyed and stood there and did nothing. This time I came in at noon and there wasn't a clean table on the place, I told the same staff person and again was given zero response and cleaned the table myself.

The food was fine but the service at this location leaves something to be desired. They were out of lids, out of all silverware, and out of napkins. Many of the tables were still dirty too They were not busy and while we were there, every time there was no one in line, they just stood at the front and talked instead of refilling what needed it. When we asked for lids, instead of giving us 2 lids he made us wait until he came out there to restock the lids. He only restocked the lids. They also had rap music blaring in the back along with music out front. Rap music doesn’t bother me, what bothered me was the loud overlay of 2 different songs blaring in the speakers.
