Order two pizzas... came and they gave the wrong one.. went back and told them they game the wrong one, she didn't even apologize or offer to make another one . She just said NO THATS WHAT YOU ORDER! And she just went to the back. I told them I didn't want that one because thats not the one i wanet and again she just said, WELL THATS WHAT YOU ORDER. I again told her my order and again try to out smart me... obviously i am not gonna pay for something I didn't order...What happened to the customer being right and the employee trying to fix the problem!!! I guess those days are long gone!!!! I told her i wanet my money back for that wrong pizza, and she said that she couldn't just give me one. That i had to take both are give both back. Very rude... very disappointed on the lady manager. Being the manager i think she could work on some manners with the customer on apologizing and try to make the customer happy. No wonder they only have 2 stars.. they dont even deserve one on my part...

Staff members are nice but I used to always come here but I ordered pizza with Alfredo sauce. The whole pizza fell apart and was too saucey. Yes it has Alfredo sauce but it shouldn’t be to where my whole pizza is literally pouring the sauce like it just came from the jar…going to other dominos from now on since they know how to make a Alfredo pizza that’s not pouring sauce on my hand while I’m eating it. Wasted my 60 points for free pizza just for it to not be good quality.

We ordered pizza which sat in prep stage for an hour. Finally came to quality check which was there for another 45 minutes. I went to pick up the pizzas instead and the Manger on duty gladly told me with certain expletive he does not have time for me. Terrible customer service.

Terrible service, when you place an order with them, they tell your 35 minutes for it to be delivered without telling you they’re already an hour behind in orders. Would give 0 stars but not an option

This store closes early, got there at 11:40 doors locked, signs off and they had canceled my order. Placed an order for pickup at about 11:15.

They are very rude!! I called to speak with someone about something that was not delivered that I payed for and they just kept hanging up on me. The driver promised to bring it back after calling me a lied and saying I did not purchase that item and never came back. The place is trash always has been probably always will be
Although it's not the closest location to me, this is by far my favorite Domino's store!I didn't catch her name, but the young lady with pins all over her Domino's hat was so kind and helpful! My wife and I intend to keep coming back because we love her energy.

I ordered online.Chicken Cesar salad, Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, 5Cheese dip & garlic twists...I wanted extra toppings on my sandwich. Can't. And when it was delivered the sandwich was burnt, hard as brick, & nothing to it. Barely any toppings. I guess they were out of the chicken salad. Took upon themselves to just bring garden instead of calling to & still delivered dressing only to go with Cesar. Called store talked to a very poor excuse of "who's in charge" as she said. To get attitude, ignorance, & nothing resolved. Calling corporate

I usually have no problem with this location. But today the driver was pure evil!!! He cussed me out and I even offered to help him with his van (which broke down outside my apartment) and he still got loud and told me "how about you just have a good day" I'm honestly appalled right now. I won't be ordering from here if he is a driver. I would've helped him with repairs because it's so hot honestly... but nope don't be rude. Also my pizza was flipped upside down like he shook the boxes Idk but ???

They need to make sure people order is correct and stop sending out stuff that they know you didn't order and then they don't want to answer the phone because they know they messed up on your order. That just make people don't want to order from this store and stop using another stores address because your store on 6732 lakeworth blvd 76135 has such a bad rating.
