I was there late Nov 2023 the food and service was excellent, the staff were so lovely, especially the man who served us (the man waving in the photo, an absolute diamond). I only wish I had time to go back again before leaving to go home/ back London UK. Great place, great atmosphere, great staff and delicious food. When I go back to texas that will be my first stop ?

Went at 730pm on a Tuesday to order and the people working were all ready closing down the inside it appears the staff didn't want work the posted hours. One tall young man is very rude and I just decided I wasn't going to deal with him and I left I won't be using this restaurant anymore.

After contacting Firehouse, it was made apparent they do not care about the customer and do not want to address the issue. The manager at this location was rude and disrespectful. We will not be purchasing from Firehouse any further.

Poor customer service and there policy on mobile ordering is crooked. They lost my buisness for good. I called corporate and I'm debating on reporting this store to the Better Buisness Bureau. They took my money and gave me food I could not eat!

Came for a quick meal since I’m in the area and this place was very inviting. Clean place, great staff, happy, pleasant and fast service. Seen they had max and cheese so had to try it… they passed the test!!!! Pretty good Mac and cheese.Thanks
Obviously not trained enough to know that although you have a gluten free bun , not all sandwiches are gluten free. This is the second location then when asked they said yes. You made me very sick last night. Still dealing with the pain.

There was a time where I was very dissatisfied with my purchases at this restaurant. I am vegan and for some reason they never seem to make the sandwich the way I asked. So I decided to save my receipts with the exact items and amount that I wanted on my vegetable sub sandwich. Since doing that it comes out perfect every time and I do appreciate the staff there. I also think it makes it easier on the cashier if you can just hand them a list of what you want versus doing it verbally and there may be things missed in transition.

Our last order from the Alta Mesa store in Fort Worth, TX reminded us why we don't like Firehouse. The bread was already wet and inedible when we got it home. Both sandwiches were just not good at all. The sandwich bread couldn't hold up with the mayo, lettuce, tomato and onions. If you pay 10.00 plus for a sandwich, the bread needs and must be sturdy for the meat, cheese and condiments.
