Pizza never delivered. Staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. First call the guy that answered the phone said “the manager will handle it” then hung up on my wife. It is very unlikely I’ll order from this store again.

I’m from NC OTR truck driver and I was at the days inn I placed a order but somehow DoorDash didn’t deliver my food three times but that didn’t stop Kyle he went over and beyond to make sure I got my order and gave me a free 2 liter wish it more people like Kyle with great customer service way to go

Beware... they use door dash as their delivery. Pizza arrived cold, seal broken and pizza had slid to one side of the box.
Honestly, I've PICKED UP and gotten DELIVERED as well from this Pizza Hutt, it's the closest to my house and they are super sweet!!!, very attentive. No attitudes at all. I am curious if the DELIVERY FEES go towards the drivers? I feel so bad when my order comes out twice the amount of my pizza for example a Large is 11$ if I pick up but 23$ when it's delivered. I give the driver 25$ and ask for no change. I feel so bad sometimes if that 2$ is only for the driver but times are not what they used to be when UBEREATS didn't exist and all delivered was pizza and you could tip 5$ and up. Those were the good days but I wanted to leave a good review. My driver came right up to my door tonight and delivered with a smile. Thank you so much, Ashley. The building inside is also clean when I pick up.

We pulled up to the drive through and ordered a personal pan pizza, the guy at the window was friendly and told us that it would be about 15 minutes. We went and got gas at the nearest gas station then came back through the drive through line. Once there we told them that we had an order and they got it quickly and had us out of there in no time. Overall a good experience with the business and the pizza was good.
