Haven’t been to Wendy’s in many years and thought I’d give it a chance. It was a great experience. Everyone was nice, everything in the order was correct. Was still warm when we got home to eat. Kudos to the lake worth team. Now I did order the baconater@ $8+ but it was a beast, two full sized patties with cheese and lots of bacon in between. It was too much, will go for the jr next time. Nuggets still taste great, very much like they were years ago. Fries were mid but the baconater fries @$3.89 were crazy good. Loads of cheese, sauce and bacon. Will definitely be back.

Entire place was dirty (bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week), staff was nice that was all that made up for it and the fancy drink machine had no diet choices except for sparkling water..

The drive thur person side they were out of salt pkgs when I ask for one. I parked and went inside to find a large amount of salt pkgs. When I pointed this out, the workers laught and thought it was funny I came in for salt.

This is not fast food if it takes 17 minutes from order to getting my food. They constantly forget my success and ketchup. Very disappointed.

Used the app. Went through drive through. Was told to park despite 30 minutes passing. Waited 30 minutes. Tried to go in but was told inside was closed even though people where inside. Was told my food had been given to the wrong car and they where on the way back with it! Asked to cancel my order and manager said I would have to call the Mobil app people. Never got my money back. Will never go to Wendy's. Filled out several online customer service forms and never got a single reply.

Everything was fine until I got up to the window I got my order and while pulling off I noticed no chili so I went to the drive-thru to get some chili sauce the guy very rudely said will you have to ask for it when you're in line okay I can understand that some what I get my food I get home I go to eat it the bread for the burgers that I got to Junior Supremes or as hard as rocks and the chili is so watered down you get maybe two beans per spoonful and it tastes like water very disappointed

Fix this place. Good location. Workers seem like they don't care about quality. Fries were definitely overcooked and probably sitting out way too long. They were not edible. Sandwiches were just ok. The Saginaw location does it way better. Waste of hard earned dollars this round.

This will be the last and final time I ever order from this location again.. ordered through the app arrived to pick up my food.. the 1st issue which I shoulda canceled my order at that point was when I asked could I get my lemonade with lite ice because that wasn’t an option on the app I was told no.. then I proceeded to be asked to pull up for my food.. I watched 3 cars behind me get their food.. still waiting they finally bring out my food.. my order of course was wrong! I go inside ask for a refund they say they can’t refund my money.. tell them what’s wrong with my food.. do you think they said let us make your food again .. heck no.. they just stared at me.. it took all my strength not to bust all three of these people in the face .. long story short.. left the food on the counter and left.. $23.53 that went to Wendy’s with no refund and no food so all in all they are not only a trash establishment at this location with trash management.. they stole my money! I’m going to make it my sole purpose in life to shut down this location

They can never get my order right. I am allergic to meat and ask for SIMPLE cheese fries, and they always manage to give me them with bacon. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Bacon was white and floppy. Drink machine was out of ice and carbonation. The breading on the chicken nuggets was raw because they stuck together while frying. And they got one of the burgers wrong. We love Wendy’s but will not come back to this location.

The worst place ever. I have to wait 10 min at the speaker to placed my order and then wait in line another 18 min in line when finally got at the window I have to wait another 5 min to be able to pay but apparently they don’t have cash to break $100 bill when my order was $27 just cause they think they don’t have enough change They don’t even check the drawers to see if they have change . At the end I waste my time my gas to receive a poor customer service
