I truly despise this Subway location.

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. Workers are not trained, the only thing they are trained on is to put as little meat on the sandwich as possible. Manager of the location is the absolute worst and is very cheap. Will argue with patrons and its always empty here because of those reasons.Go to the one in Bee Cave at the Galleria, its so much better.

The worst experience I have had literally anywhere ?? she didn’t know the word, “spinach.” Continues to throw the rest of my veggies on. No greeting. no meat. I have worked at a subway before, and these two hate there lives and job @1:45 - Dec. 16thI worked at a subway in highschool. It’s very easy.

Worst experience at this store. Manager treats people meanly and hardly puts any meat on the sandwiches when ordered with bogo offer. I wasn’t treated same when I ordered without the coupon code. Before I started writing this review I have seen many complaints. I am not sure why Subway is not taking any action against this complaints. Subway has a good reputation, I hope it doesn’t loose their customers.Below order is an Elite chicken and Bacon Ranch, it hardly has any meat in it.

The kid working on September 7,2023 at 8:40pm had a major attitude when we walked in 20 minutes before closing and was throwing the utensils into the food and throwing the pans, and was shaking his head at us when we walked

I did not receive the 2 salads i ordered and nothing was done about returning the money for them. I ordered them on Aug 5 through door dash and just got a note they were out of bowls. When called the girl didn't know how to refund the salads. If it couldn't be done then they should have called to cancel the order. Now i doubt I'll ever order from them again not knowing if my food will arrive or I'll get cheated out of 20 bucks

Let me add to the list of bad reviews. Ordered two foot long subs for myself and a coworker and they barely put any steak on the sandwich. Really is pitiful that subway thinks hiring athletes to market for them will help keep customers. #DoBetterWAY BETTER.Notice how these reviews get no response from owner….smdh

My 10 year old wanted to eat at Subway because of a couple YouTubers that document themselves working there. I was a little nervous about this location due to the reviews, but decided to give it a go. And I'm glad we did! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and helpful, helping and encouraging my son to make the sandwich exactly the way he wanted. We both had Philly Cheesesteaks and they were great! We're both very happy, I'm sure we'll be back.
