Trash place use to be the best place to get pizza but with current management it has gone down hill something needs to be done soon because its loosing loyal customers it has had for years! Corporate please help!

I had an event our church sponsored and ordered a 125 pizzas. This was no small task and yet every step of the process was super simple. I received excellent customer service. All our pizzas were ready exactly on time and made perfect. They are excellent for large orders. We will definitely order again!

Sadly my food wasn't anything like I expected, the service could've been better but I was passed by 3 people that worked there before anyone asked if I needed help, I was standing at the counter. I'll be back hopefully it'll be better next time.Parking: It's shared with the Taco Bell so it can be kinda hard to find parking if they're both busy.

This is the second time in a three month span that I have a canceled order either by phone or online. The manager doesn’t bother to call they just cancel it.The first time I spoke to the manager named Loretta, The excuse was that I ordered 40 minutes till closing time and the oven was turned off.The second encounter was a phone order. I waited an hour and 10 minutes. I called again and the person I spoke with said the order was canceled with no notice. Management didn’t bother to call and inform. The food at Pizza Hut is great however the service is a 1 star.

I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and garlic butter brushed in the crust, plus an order of 8 bone in bbq wings. Plus a $5 tip. I recieved a large dry crust pizza and 8 boneless bbq wings. Called and was told I should have gotten a packet of garlic powder because I have to do it myself, and that bone in does not come in an 8 peice ( of which no one informed me). So they said they would give me credit or I could puck up a 6 pc bone in bbq wings. I said I would pick them up and when I went I was told they had no such order. That's messed up.

Don't ever order on Halloween it took 2 hours to get the food after they canceled my order and it was supposed to be thin crust. Normally have no complaints at this location, whoever did the schedule needs more training or staff.

Dined in at Pizza Hut, which I haven't done in a long time, due to slow and unatentive wait staff. However this time, everything was served fresh and fast. Our server was Krystal, and she was awesome! Very friendly and took care us with a big smile. Thank you for that!

I called in an order and they told me it would be about 10min. I got there and they had no order for me. I was like maybe I called the wrong place so I redialed the number and no it was the right place. They just didn't put in my order. Pissed
