I recently visited this Taco Bell and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and orderliness of the place. The hot sauce packets were neatly arranged, not stuck together like in other locations. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and it was evident that the employees cared about both their customers and the store. Kudos to the staff for maintaining such a well-kept Taco Bell! Thank you for a positive experience.

Wow! What a terrific Taco Bell! My order with special requests was made exactly to order, with both speed and generous portioning. The staff were friendly and attentive. I recommend the bean burrito -- get it without cheese for a vegan treat!

Rude employees and store manager. They close early so they won't have to take orders and work while they stand around. I have seen it a few times it has not only happened to me but others. Then reported to the person above her and nothing was done it's like they don't care how customers are treated. If I knew the owners number I would contact them.its a shame that they allow this behavior.

Inaccurate order and food provisions were very slim and sloppy and broken shells. Everything just thrown together. Asked for supreme and no supreme present was a lot of carelessness and negligence. No pride in work whatsoever..

I think taco Bell is so nasty to eat from. The drinks are always watered down and when I went a few days ago through the drive thru I found a bug on the inside of the lid to my cup that I was almost about to drink. I think that is so disgusting. I called to make a complaint about it and I told the manager Alex that I wanted my money back. She apologized and she said that when the drive thru window was opened the bug might have gotten in and got on the lid. She didn't ask me if I wanted a credit for another drink or if I wanted a refund on the drink. I was the one who told her that I wanted a refund on the drink because I was not gonna want another drink after what I found on my lid to my cup. She should of been the one to offer me a credit being the right thing to do. I won't go back and eat there after this I'm not gonna be risking it anymore and the food is not good either. Thank you!.

I pass by here after work about 1145pm and they always have the doors locked and closed early. Can't rely on this location to serve me so I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

i must say this is the best Taco Bell ever! The staff was super nice...friendly, helpful and ready to be of service. The food was fresh, hot and yummy! and finally, there was praise music in the dining room! If you find yourself in Lamesa, this is the place to dine!

May have been short staffed. Had to wait quite a while for counter service. Ordered & paid for supreme, but sour cream left off.Toilet in women's restroom very dirty. Base dirty and mold developing in toilet bowl. Toilet so loose it is probably a hazard. I always feel that the cleanliness of the public bathroom is indicative of the cleanliness of the kitchen in all restaurants.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerant? Taco Bell beef has TVP (gluten)
