If I could give negative stars I would! Worst taco Villa I have ever seen.. I couldn't eat it, threw it in the trash . I tried to warn the employees that their beans were not edible, and they stated that's the way they make them. I asked the employees to try their beans and they refused to eat the food they are serving. Barf ! I normally love Taco Villa

When I go to Taco Villa I get a meat burrito green extra cheese I have eaten this burrito and many different Taco bells and I will say by far this particular Taco Villa does the best I don't know if they do something different to their meat put the flavors great

Cold flavorless bean burritos. The Pico and the chiles we're good, but I won't willingly eat here again. Every horizontal surface felt sticky first thing in the morning.

This place was horrible not so much the food even though it was wrong. The manager has no customer service skills. Instead of trying to fix the problem and listen to my concerns, she said that is what you ordered.... And said she was hanging up!!! Will never go back. Even though I repeated myself twice at the drive through and then corrected her at the window that I had 2 combination burritos with extra red sauce. She fixed that had it as bean burritos. No extra red sauce but guess it is what it is. Then said you ordered nacho fries I said no 3 orders of chili cheese curly fries. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears but you will never get a penny from me again. It's hard I find good people to work but sometimes maybe the people you have are the reason nobody want to eat at you restaurant. Als

I wish I could give this less stars. Service is terrible and I found hair in my food once. I tried getting food recently and was told they aren't serving until 12:30 pm. It was 12:25 pm. Don't come here. Do not waste you time and money.

Taco Villa is our family's go to fast food. Apparently this place in Lamesa Tx is now owned by a private owner and not the Taco Villa franchise. Its was the most disappointing experience. The fries were not even cooked and had no golden crisp to them. They looked more like a noodle than French fries. My family always orders a mexi curls with cheese on the side but apparently they can't do that anymore. They up charge you for simply having the cheese come on the side. Not to mention the large box of fries has not been cut to about 1/4 and put in a smaller box. (Would have been nice to know, no sharing for us). The lady behind the counter even said "this isn't like your Lubbock Taco Villa." Everything we ordered was cold. The soft tacos may as well been put in a bowl to eat with a fork. It was falling out of the wrapper before even opened. If you want to change the name of your business and provide a crappy service that's one thing but don't call your self Taco Villa and give your customers the lowest quality of service! DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. PICK ANYWHERE ELSE!! We we're the only customers at the time we ordered.
