“The people were friendly and the food was great. If a restaurant can make turnip greens without a hint of bitterness, like Country Kitchen & Bakery did, that is a sign of good cookin'. The fried catfish was excellent. Our daughter is a connoisseur of mac & cheese and she loved hers. We were too full to try a dessert but they all looked great. Highly recommend if you're in or passing through Lampasas, TX.“
