My friend and I used the drive-thru and didn't have to wait very long for our order to be taken but it took an extra long time before we received our order( a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and an ice tea). Both items were first class quality, though. The mozzarella sticks tasted freshly made and were hot. The ice tea tasted fresh and had lots of ice in it, as well. It'll be our 'go-to' stop on our next time through Lampasas.
Sonic is the place to go when eating quick on the go.. My visit March 6, 2023 around 7pm took a bit longer than I expected to receive my order. The waitress apologized about the wait even though we didn't mention anything and gave us a coupon for free corn dogs.. Ok, no biggie.. From placing order to getting food was a bit over 20 minutes, which is highly unusual for a Sonic. In their defense, they looked to be especially busy. We stopped by for lunch and viewing of the eclipse. Was a great time with exceptional service and staff. We wound up getting so excited we left our car on and it died but the staff helped jump it off and get us back on the road! Definitely would recommend a stop!
