If you have not tried the Wing World in Florence it is a must. They have the best wings. So many flavors to choose from like 30 or so. Best customer service ever. The food is amazing when they say xxx hot they mean it for the hot lovers out there. Their Bourbon wings are sweet with a slight tang. The garlic parm wings a delightful and they are the best I have had anywhere. The dry ranch wings are savory and will knock your socks off. You can get french fries with your order and they are not overpriced. I say it again if you havent tried them head on to the shopping center behind the shell in Florence where Poppa Johns Pizza is and try them. Support this business. Buy locally you wont be disappointed!!!!!

Today was my first time buying food from this place, and it was also my last.
They got my order wrong and I noticed once I got home.
I called so they can please re-make it and they guy was extremely rude over the phone and hung up on me. I never raised my or argue with him in any way. Simply asked if they can please make it right so that I could come back and pick up my food, and he said: we have nothing to make right because it we did nothing wrong, and proceeded to hang up on me.
Customer service speaks volume about this “gentleman” on the other side of the phone.
Will never visit and do not recommend at all. I give it a 0.00 stars.

At the Lancaster location I literally saw a worker drop a piece of chicken on the ground and put it back in the bowl with the rest of the cooked chicken. They are absolutely SLOW and the customer service is HORRIBLE especially the little dark guy that works there. I would NEVER support this business again!

The wing world on MLK is absolutely the BOMB! I ordered the 6pc wing with fries and wing rolls. The food was hot and fresh and the wings were seasoned really well. The location is quiet and the manager Vincent was really friendly!

The workers were arguing in cussing amongst each other in regards to whom was going to make my order. I decided I would contact management the following day and to my surprise that was BEYOND POINTLESS. I now see why the behavior of the employees are piss poor! Not only did he uphold their lack of customer service but hung up in my face for advising of the behavior. Food was horrible per my children so we wasted money. Wing world CEDAR HILL will never get a dime more from me

Not a good first experience. First, the customer service was bad and to top it off my chicken tenders taste like they are frozen Tyson chicken or similarly. It was definitely something I could cook myself and it taste way better. If I pay $23 doe tenders, fries, and okra I want fresh food.

The first time we went to the Cedar Hill location the food was great. I'm not sure what's going on now because the food is horrible. I should not have to come home and put my wings in the oven. Hopefully, it will get better.
