From ordering to getting my complete order, it took 18 minutes. I ended up being late for work. There was one person in line infront of me and a handful of people in the store already eating. I only decided to stop by being that I was 4 mins from my job and I had 12 mins before I went in. I had to go inside to get the rest of my order since they never came back to give it. The food was as good as expected from BK. It was the only place close by.

Managers behavior was very unprofessional, was trying to place my order but she kept hurrying up the cashier which led to them putting chicken nuggets instead of chicken fries then blamed us for their mistake. Was told we weren’t welcome anymore just for trying to order some food. There’s also been times their food is raw or burnt because of their broiler that doesn’t work so they cook the meat in the fryers. The ice cream machine also doesn’t work right and they sell day old cookies which at the point it’s very hard even causing my friend to cut her lip. The nozzles of the soda machine has mold that is very visible for the customers in lobby to see. Last time the teas had this weird slimy thing come out of it and sometimes when they drop a chicken fry or a nugget instead of putting down a fresh nugget they would just pack the food that fell on the floor and half the reviews on here are actually employees that work there being told to do the reviews by the general manager

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine willingness to make my experience the best it could be. The friendly staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my order was just right. They patiently answered my questions and offered helpful suggestions from the menu. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who is an absolute gem. Their dedication to maintaining a high standard of service is evident in the well-trained and courteous team they've assembled. They were approachable and even took the time to check in with diners to make sure everything was perfect.
