They do not have spicy chicken nor do they have chicken strips, not the first time that they do not have spicy chicken nor do they try to make the attempt to make it, they just tell you they do not have any at all. Then to have only 1 car on drive through and not have anything ready? Popeyes could never but i guess.

The service was good. Raul and Veronica were nice and gave me all thighs like I wanted. However, the chicken was plain. It wasn't as flavorful as other restaurants. Appalling!! Last week I came at 6 o'clock I ordered my spicy chicken and they told me they couldn't prepare it for me, now I came and they told me the same thing I told them why? And they answer me no, we can't!! But why if he closes until 9:30... I mean, because of their ? they don't want to do it? If you come it is to work gentlemen!! The manager on duty should be more attentive in these cases!!!

Chicken was super plain tasted like nothing at all. Made me pay an 1$ for every side I wanted to change cause apparently all 3 sides are suppose to be mashed potatoes, and made one of my relatives a bit sick.

I don't like to be negative, but the smokehouse special they're offering isn't available, neither time I've tried to come to check it out. The chicken is very mediocre here. The clerk said they are understaffed so the lobby was locked. The Soda machine had no carbonation. If I'd known any of this beforehand, I would have driven to KFC instead of walking here for my lunch from Walmart.
Today we bought 20 pieces of Church’s chicken for only $20. It was cheap; it was crunchy; and it was tasty. I usually just eat 2 pieces but today I doubled my intake. Thank you, Church’s!

I was going to get food for my family, I waited around 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order, when someone finally came on I ordered but didn't get a response back, I still waited some more then I heard someone say "I already answered them but I didn't get a response." I understand if they couldn't hear or understand me but why not ask again instead of just staying silent for another 10mins. After I finally ordered when I got up to the window the lady asked what I had ordered in a very rude tone and I told her I had ordered the 12 piece special (which was 12 pieces of chicken, 3 mashed potatoes, 6 biscuits, and some jalapeños) She told me there were was going to another 10 min wait for the biscuits to come out and if wanted anything else in place of that. I asked what she had available (already tired from the wait and attitudes) and she said French fries so I took fries instead. I left with my order, only to realize I had only gotten 8 pieces of chicken when I got home. I tried calling the store several times but no answer, so I went back to the store to tell them, and the lady just dismissed us at first, it wasn't until a gentleman can up to us to ask and he gave us the missing chicken. Don't get me wrong I understand if they were busy, but when I got to the restaurant initially there was only one person in front of me in the drive through and one person inside the store. It was a terrible experience and the employees were rude
