I was craving a lonche de ternera and came here, the service was awesome, I ordered 4 combos for my family, all the beef in these combos was RED CHEWY AND SALTY! I ordered mine no lettuce they brought them with lettuce then she said oh no lettuce left and went to get them again, they brought them plain then i said I did want pickles and tomato just no lettuce, she said i’ll bring it on the side? they brought lettuce and tomato only!! Never again.

The staff was friendly and the lunch specials are budget conscious. However the food wasn’t anything special. For me the flavors just weren’t there. This is a good spot if you need a cheap easy meal and don’t feel like going to McDonald’s.

Simple food with good prices. We overheard at a dental clinic that we should try this place in New Laredo so we head with my husband and baby. So because I was getting dental work done I went with a caldo de res, omg so good. Then we also ordered the steak, a la ranchera and it was on point. Of course we got chips with salsa at the beginning and let me tell you, I am not a big fan of spicy but this one picaba rico. Everything was delicious
I usually always go to “Lonche Popo “ but they were close (i didn’t know they close Monday’s ) so I tried this place. It was pricey so I expected a well done meal. The meat itself was too dry and the jalapeńos looked like if they were bitten. I asked for beans on them since that’s how they do it on lonche de popo and they gave me a nasty beans like I already didn’t like the meat since it was too dry and now the beans were bad too like no mms . Maybe they didn’t know what kind of beans to put? Idk but I didn’t even finish my food after I saw the jalapeño since you never know what happened. It wasn’t just 1 jalapeño it was 2 . Never coming here again?.
