An hour ago I was at this HEB location at the entrance I tripped over a piece of aluminum strap that had deleted from the floor entrance it scratched me foot I let two persons there standing front of the customer service area to the entrance. I let them know the flooor was loose that I scratched my foot they did not even bother to ask me if I was ok or if I wanted help or an ambulance. They so I kept on my way to do my shoppings as I was leaving I saw they were fixing the floor so who ever the person was that called the maintenance guy well his the person that I told I had scratched my foot while I tripped over the loose thing on the floor. H‑E‑B don’t need careless employees working there

Went yesterday to look for milk n eggs to my surprise today early in the morning got my milk n eggs I thought I would not see eggs n milk till a couple of day but they prove me wrong!! Thank you to all HEB employees for restocking products fast !! Totally grateful! I personally thank a couple of employees still restocking merchandise ! I want to make thier day by thanking them personally! Job well done!! Laredo tx proud

Horrible customer service at this HEB. It wasn't always this way, what happened? The cashier and bagger Bobby had a convo going and I couldn't get a word in. In the end, I checked my receipt and sure enough he charged me 2x for some baby carrots. The bagger seemed to be a Manager but not sure because of his behavior and instead of correcting Hector he continued to chat with him. I felt like I was an interruption to their ongoing conversation. Last week something very similar happened with a rude cashier and I had to return to the store for a correction. This HEB just doesn't care about customer service anymore and your time doesn't matter to them.
It's cooked every day and it's cheap.
