Very bad service, the lady who is serving you with pipi blue glasses talks to you in a bad way. I worked for several years in a restaurant and they did not treat people badly and they are already like the Macdonalds. This Jack's store is the one that is on Zapata Hwy in front of Walmart one Pay for the food, we don't come to ask for gifts, much less give us a discount. I hope they change their character.

1 ? for food quality (regular fries). Service was good ( average), burger was good ?, BUT the fries ? were BAD, if you work at a fast food restaurant, and you see the food is old/dry food that YOU wouldn't serve ur mom, don't serve it to a customer. Throw it out make a new batch. That is my only complaint. I didn't get a receipt, but I went today 3/17/24@around 3:20pm ordered a bacon double smash burger combo small, small iced mocha with regular fries. Paid $14.39.

Everytime I decide to come to this jack in the box they always take a life time to get to you. Since they don't have an option to go around you are literally stuck there. They are usually out of everything. They don't listen when you say your order so you have to repeat it a million times. By the time you get your food the majority is wrong and also cold. Highly do not recommend coming here.

They had terrible food I got a cheeseburger and they gave me the burger with no cheese I said it, no cheese we ordered 5 orders of tacos and they didn't give me the tacos I asked for 3 large fries and they gave us all small fries they suck I do not recommend.

Worst customer service!!! They made by burger wrong and they didnt even offer to do it again. I had no choice but to throw it away. What a waste of money and time. When you drive up to the restaurant the outside lights are off. I thought it was closed. Then, the music was playing loud. Called the restaurant and the call goes straight to voicemail.I am never going back!
