Usually don't have any issues at this location but,today was an exception. There were 2 young ladies taking orders and the one on the left seemed to be annoyed that we had interrupted her phone time. She didn't greet us nor did our greeting get returned. Extremely rude person.

The food is great, the service is extremely bad and the manager Rocio Martinez is very unprofessional and her staff needs more training, waited for over an hour for my food because apprantly they couldnt find my order that i placed online. The stupid tracker is useless if the staff has no idea of what orders come in. Reason that they dont listen is because they are all distracted with their headphones or air pods on and always on social media

Pizzas are "supposed" to be hot and ready. This location only does 1 type of hot and ready. If you want a extra most bestes or thin and crisp forget about been hot and ready and wait 20 to 30 mins and even longer for any of the last 2 mentioned. Futher more no one seems to know what's going on and basically don't care when you ask a question.
So one is regular pepperoni and the other is extra cheese and pepperoni..ya no they look alike ..wasn't good today

I told the cashier to charge me for more pepper and cheese she said it was free but someone came from the back move her alway and gave me the pizza and told me that was all. I don't know if they have a limit on pepper and cheese but if the customer is asking for it and is paying for the extra thing they should be friendly not rude to the customers that are paying him to be working. I hope that someone or a MGR can do something about this. I went at 7:21 p.m. the cashier name is Kelly R. she knows who was the worker that gave me the pizza.Wed. Sep. 21,2022 7:21p.m.My family love the pizza but with those employees no customer are going to pass to but any move.
