Ordered two regular cheeseburgers one sprite no ice takes them ten minutes to get my order thru drive thru then came "manage" with my order and they still mess up the simple two regular cheeseburgers and gives me two plain cheeseburgers plain nothing but cheese and meat was on my late hour lunch and they totally ruined my appetite took plain cheeseburgers and thru tjem away this McDonald's is a CLUSTER FAK

The lobby is not 24 hours. And if you are an Uber driver to pick up, do you have to wait in the drive-through with their slow service.

Everything was good, but the lines u guys have are ridiculous. They dnt let to go and park to do pick up or to park to eat there. ? but over all it was good . Bit not the waiting to park to do pick up.

I ordered 3 happy meals for my 3 children and it took about 15 minutes to get our food for one, and for two when we got our happy meals my daughters happy meals had a nugget that had a bite in it. What the hell mcdonalds. Your employees should know better, kids have better behavior than your employees.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely terrible. received already bitten nuggets and some undercooked nuggets too

So I was about to order online because they advertise FREE Delivery with 15$ or more. Agreed. I am a loyal customer being that I use my points I go 3 to 4x a week 2x a day sometimes. As I was gonna order a saw that the prices were higher so I assumed it was because it was online,.but to my surprise THE PRICES GO UP WHEN U CHANGE IT TO MCDELIVERY and that's stealing in my opinion because I haven't seen anywhere on the website stating prices go up when it's a mcdelivery although it says 0$ delivery. PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE MCDONALDS CORPORATION?!?!!?

Been calling I already called this establishment more than 10 times and no one can pick up the phone what service are you guys providing cause clearly I can’t even get a hold of a manager cause I got ripped off paying more money for the order than what I received

HORRIBLE SERVICE. GIRL AT THE WINDOW IN THE DRIVE THRU WAS REALLY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL OVERALL. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON OCTOBER 4 AT 8:46PM. I WAS MISSING 4 HOT AND SPICYS AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THAT, NO BUFFALO SAUCE WAS GIVEN EVEN THOUGH I ASKED FOR EXTRA. I ONLY ASKED FOR TWO PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS AND THEY GAVE ME ALL FOUR PLAIN. THE OTHER TWO BURGERS WERE SO DRY IT WAS ACTUALLY SURPRISINGLY HARD TO SWALLOW FOR MY TWO YEAR OLD. I KEPT CALLING AND CALLING TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AND NOBODY PICKED UP ANY OF MY 7 CALLS. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!
