Both the Google site and the app show they open at 10 am, I was able to out an order through the app for a 10 am pick up. Got there a little early and waited until after 10:15 and no employees were there and the doors stayed locked so I left as I couldn't wait any longer. Glad I was going to pay cash and didn't pay ahead of time or I would've been out $20.

The pizza hut on the Santa Ursula location has given me a lot of problems. When I placed an order on my app for delivery, they had a doordash delivery person go for my food and it was never delivered. Pizza hut couldn't give me my money back because it was out of their hands. That it was door dash responsibility. Apparently they started working with door dash for deliveries.Then another time, the pan pizza that I ordered looked like it had no cheese at all. I was very disappointed with my order that I had to take it back and ask to make me another one. And I'm not one to complain about the food. But it was disappointing.Again this was the Pizza Hut on Santa Ursula st. I'm hoping the other locations are better.

Service was horrible. Guy just took our order, brought us our food but never checked if we were okay. Never got refills. The soda was extremely flat.
