I would like to thank the new lady who is in charge of running the store. She is very friendly and professional. I had a problem with an order and she made me a new one. No questions asked. Horrible racist customer service provided in behalf of Christina host initials show DT on receipt . I am Hispanic bilingual and host is white race but knows speaks poorly Spanish . Christina kept rudely responding attempting to speak Spanish while I was speaking in English . She went on to mumble under her breath after I stated she could’ve informed me before placing order the debit card was down .. only cash instead of waiting in line ! Never again I am stopping at this store 7287! Horrible customer service!

I went here yesterday to get chicken sandwiches for my wife and myself. No other customers were there, shortly after normal lunch time, but I was told that it would be at least 20 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait, so I left and returned after errands a couple hours later.I ordered the sandwiches at the drive through, and paid with cash. The clerk took my cash, shut the window, and didn’t offer my change (which wasn’t much, but also wasn’t his to keep). A couple minutes later, another guy opened the window to thrust my bag at me, and shut it while I tried asking for my change and some napkins. Screw it! So I drove home to eat with my wife.Both our sandwiches, which from every other Popeyes has been succulent and delicious, were ridiculously overcooked. They were like breaded chicken jerky! I was hungry enough that I managed to choke mine down, but my wife literally couldn’t even bite through hers, and the dog even had a tough time with it. It was a complete waste of both time and money, and to top it off, I wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t even call this place to identify the issues and get restitution.

Absolutely no one could speak English to me at this location. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was totally inedible. Only breaded on one side and hard as a rock. I was scared to chew the bite I took in fear that it might have been raw. I haven't had the chicken sandwich that's in came out but this was incredibly small also. The chicken did not fill up the 4-in bun.
Try the blacked chicken tenders. They r the bomb and the employees are awsome i will be a repeat customer wont go to any other location but this

Person at the counter repeatedly spoke Spanish. Seemed preoccupied and average customer service. Spicy chicken was dry and bland. Mashed potatoes were very good. Biscuit was hard and dry. Strawberry biscuit was good but could use a little more icing. Dining room and front counter dirty and cluttered.

Restaurant had all tables dirty and had to use our wipes to clean off all the crumbs and grease marks from our table. There were ants on our table and side next to the window. Would definitely not be returning and will be contacting corporate about this issue. Place looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day (went around 6 pm). Wasn't busy at all and couldn't have cleaned the tables or floors at all.
