Stopped by Raul off of a recommendation from some Laredo friends. I ordered the regular barbacoa meat and my other friends ordered the cachete. We opted for flour tortillas that were warmed for us. The regular barbacoa had a greasier, fattier meat composition but I thought it was pretty delicious. If you want a leaner meat get the cachete instead. It is still very tender. Omg, I have been missing this. Best torta in north Texas thus far. Pastor was different but really really good. I dont know how they cooked it but it was phenomenal, very fast, very fair price, cant wait to go back.

Really good barbacoa. It's worth getting the cachete it's less greasy. Regular barbacoa is $11.95 and cachete is $12.95 per lb. Accepts credit cards.Update 8/1: Still really good barbacoa worth the new prices. $16.95 for cachete $15.50 regular. Inflation ?.
