Sam's is the worst here in Laredo TX!!! I was charged $205.00 three times!!! Two were successful and one was declined!!! I have been calling for 3hrs straight and no answer at any extension nor the "operator" what a shame!!!!!

I've had no issues with my local Sam's ever. This review pertains particularly to a single incident. I bought a tree two weeks ago and when I was ready to plant it, I found out it was infested with centipedes! They were at least 10 bugs that I could count roaming inside the tree's roots in the dirt. I just feel the incident wasn't taken serious. I believe they didn't give the importance and the manager just thought I was a crazy guy complaining about nothing. However, if my plant was infested, so others would probably be and they are still in the store or in other people's backyard. I'm leaving some pictures so you be the judge.

Be careful buying tires here. They told my mom her car had a nail and needed a new tire - she took it to the car dealer and all the tire needed was air and did not have a nail at all. They lied at Sam's and if she believed them she would be out a lot of money. I'm sure they pull this trick often so be careful out there.
Very rude workers. I was returning a cart right after paying and a lady stood in front of me blocking me from walking to the door. I just looked at her and she stared back. I believe she was thinking I was going to walk out without paying? I then politely pushed the cart out of the way and showed her receipt. She smiled saying something trying to play off what she was originally doing. Oh well... that's Laredo for you.

I wish we had a Costco. The guy at the concession stand told me that they had already chosen the last person. I was like dude you still have plenty of food right in front of me are you just going to throw all that away! I guess the guy really wanted to go home. It wouldn't even have taken a minute to ring me up and put the food on a plate. But I guess if you got to go you got go.
