Customer service is really good but the taste of their smoothies are different from other smoothie King stores. I got my original smoothie bowl and fall smoothie for more than what I pay at the other smoothie King, and thats even with my rewards.

There is a little white kid with blonde hair that works there almost every day of the week. His way of communicating with the customers is impeccable. He might be the manager, he might be a regular team member. What i do know is the kid works hard. I believe his name is Derrick.
Friendly staff and always delicious! I love that my fur babies can be included. Always happy when I order a pup cup for them.

I went out of my way to go here and I get this rude guy this happen today just now I get to the window nd he didn't even greet me I tell him what I want and he was talking very very rude to me I tell him he is being rude nd he laughs at me instead of changing his attitude come on ppl re check who u hire this guy is not doing his job at all I left empty handed this is been 2 I leave like this from this place never again I don't recommend this place at all...

Honestly their customer service is horrible. The staff is always playing around and they don’t even pay attention to you. When you complain all the manager has to say is thank you. Makes smoothie king look bad. Just go to the other SK in town. They’re def not worth giving your business too. They don’t even care for it. They don’t pay the bills, they’re just there for social hour. Little blond girl will slam the door on your face, literally. Then she’ll go hide in the back.
