Took 30 minutes to give me my order stating what I ordered took a while even tho they gave other people same thing way before us even tho they ordered after.. Staff extremely rude. Even after taking for ever with our order they turned off the lights on us and some other people. Place was clean but really really bad service never again.

I usually come here to try a new drink each time I come. This time I ordered the rose jasmine tea, and it was too strong to even enjoy . I asked the cashier to see if they can fix it with a bit of sugar or something, in return I got a cold look and attitude. The customer service was lacking.

This place is so cute! It's packed to the walls with many figurines and popular anime. There's so many fun things to look at and recognize. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in accommodating my lactose free order. Prices are reasonable and drinks are delicious!

I tried the Taro Milkshake for just under 7 dollars. I gave it 4 stars only bc I couldn't give it a 4.5 stars. Unlike many other places it was actually a Milkshake texture instead of a slush. You will not be disappointed with this place. Boba was fresh and really good as well, wasn't too tough. Will probably come back if in the area again. As of 6/17/23

I was in town from Dallas for work when I found this cute place, but really my favorite was the Banana Milk Boba I’ve never tried a flavor like that and enjoyed the aesthetics of it all, will definitely be going back when I visit again
