Went last night for some food and dessert. Waited the longest time ever for our food. When we finally received our stuff the shake I ordered was practically water the lid flew off and a good amount landed on in my car. I asked if they could change it due to it not looking like a shake anymore. The kid was super rude and stated (with attitude) "well you're going to have to wait because we ARE BUSY". We already waited long enough, received horrible service, and not even an apology for the inconvenience. I never complain, but the shake was just terrible. Better training for the staff and how to handle "a rush" would benefit this location.

4/4/2024 Guy that took my drive thru order great voice, I heard him clearly!! Lady at the window polite, sweet and fast. Super!! Chicken Tenders nice n hot them tator tots crispy just perfect. Huge 10 to all the staff. We love Sonic!!! Thank you!!!

I used an online coupon that the discount was not applied. management said not his problem. so I drove away upset, just to find they forgot the tots as well. like insult to injury. this location sucks big time!!!!!

The food was great and fast. The deep-fried food tasted amazing, no burnt or dirty oil flavor. Staff was friendly and efficient.
The service has always been good, friendly and quick. The food was fine, except that the coney didn't have much cheese nor chili as if it was a thin sauce. Taste was fine. I recommend the place but not the coney (hotdog).Kid-friendliness: Lots of ice cream options. I think that's their cash crop.

This was a horrible experience, the meat in our burger smelled rotten and when I went to return it the manager was argumentative and rude. I got another burger but no apology for the inconvence. I hope this restaurant understands that there are other places to eat and this will be the last time I spend my money to pay their salaries.
