This Sonic Drive-In was torn down and replaced by a car wash on the same property. Go south on McPherson, just near the skate board/basketball park, to get to the next available Sonic north of the city.On 2 orders of the #1 combo the burgers were warm not hot. There was 1 packet of ketchup per combo. I had to ask for the mint candies. The coke needed more syrup.Since it was a take out/home order, I did not return to request they remedy the issues.The Sonic in McAllen still tops the Laredo location, by far!

The order they gave me was wrong, ordered a cheese burger no pickles and no onion, large teeter tots with cheese and half and half ice tea and lemon with extra condiments, sugar. They gave me the tots with no chesse, burger with onion and no condiments. I asked the lady for the condiments she never returned, called for the totes and the burger, and again wrong order, this time they habe me small tots with cheese and the burger with pickles.well not be returning to sonic.

This is the WORST Sonic. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for a burger. Random staff do not answer questions. No one answers the phone. Awful.

Ice cream came out quickly. We ordered two m&m blasts (regular) and one milkshake without the cream on top. When they arrived, we got two blasts without cream and the milkshake with. Not a big problem but the great experiences are in the details.

Went to that hell of a place n story short. This girl brought us wrong orders 4Xs. We only ordered slushies!!!! Then we were there almost 20 minutes waiting for slushies. Then paid only for 2 n when she came back she threw monies on my fave. Sabrina was here name. 1302 International

Normally don't put negative reviews but, went through the drive through and I see car hop delivering a cup to car in front. Then, the guy hands the cup back to car hop and what does she do...come to my car and TRY TO HAND IT TO ME!! I was like "with this pandemic you expect me to grab a cup you handed someone else?!" (Even without pandemic this is BIG no-no)

Our cream slushies were more like regular slushies, they hardly had any ice cream. When we asked about it, they said too bad , that's how they're made. Our unsweetened strawberry tea came without ice and without strawberries.
Horrible horrible service!! Ordered through moble app at 9:40 pm. I traveled to sonic 8 minutes later parked and informed then I was already there to pick it up. A whole hour passed at 10:40 still no order. I got down and tapped the glass door to speak to someone to which the manager came out and informed me that ther was "technical difficulties with all the orders" however no one came out to explain that to me. I replied to the manager stating I either want my food or a refund. After 10 minutes and me pushing the little red button millions of times an employee said that they are still working on my order so I asked the worker for a refund to which she replied since I paid through the moble app l could not receive a cash refund back. I asked to speak to the manager again to which he replied that my order was voided and I will be getting my refund in two days that's it no compensation for waiting there for a whole hour for my order. I will never come back to this sonic again! They do not know how to handle a high volume of traffic.

In line for forty five minutes waiting for four slushies, ended up driving away. They served the people behind us, yet we were skipped. Very slow serves and then get over looked. Will not be returning. We went to the International location.
