Coffee and concrete good. Customer service was great. Every employee greeted me and addressed me by my name. The young lady cleaning in the dining area greeted me and offered some water while I waited on my order. Friendly service with a smile is refreshing and will keep me coming back.

Went in for some coffee yesterday and ordered two HOT peppermint mochas and i was given two frappuccinos instead. I requested for my drinks to be switched for hot mochas and i got 2 lattes that only tasted like steamed milk instead. Called numerous times yesterday to speak with someone but no answer.

This location sucks. The A/C is too cold inside even though the weather is cold. Management said the thermostat is bad. This is a constant problem. They keep the inside too cold so customers don't stay indoors.

Delilah surprised me today !!! After numerous times of ordering the same customized vanilla sweet cream cold brew no one seem to get it right .. everyone claimed to be a complicated drink? it was rare they would prepare it the way I wanted it . Not until today.. Delilah not only did she get my drink right but she remembered my whole order.. wow .. can’t say I felt very happy today! Great way to start a day.. Thank You DELILAH on drive thru! Charged for an Americano with add-ons and served just an Americano. Missing 3 sugar substitutes and a pump of Cinnamon Dolce. Last time I was there served a "hot" Americano as cold as an Iced one.Terrible Service. Zero attention to detail. Very surprised this is even Starbuck's.

Great service. Only thing is music is way too loud for a coffee shop. Music is fine, just turn it down a notch. It sounded like a party in there. Not very convenient during a work meeting on Zoom. ?

i love doing my homework here the workers are super friendly especially Eric and Andrea they are so kind as well as the rest of the staff, I love the drinks their always made with care. my only critique is that lobby it’s TOO COLD. It makes it near impossible to comfortably finish my work, without having to go outside to warm myself up, hopefully management can resolve that freezing cold lobby issue.

I order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken express and it ALWAYS tastes disgusting. I’ve ordered from other Starbucks around Laredo and the brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso is always great. But for this starbucks, the expresso makes the whole drink tastes burnt.However, the service is amazing and they are always willing to remake it and are super super understanding. Shoutout to barista Agaci for making me feel comfortable when I complained
