I recently visited this Subway location and want to commend the employee who served me for their attentiveness and excellent service despite challenging circumstances. However, I was disheartened to see that the franchisee had scheduled only one employee during a busy weekend shift. This not only places undue stress on the staff but also affects the overall customer experience. It’s crucial for management to ensure adequate staffing to maintain the quality of service and employee well-being. I hope to see positive changes in the future regarding this issue.
