Place is good, yogurt is real good as well. However, today October 2 2023 the employee there was super rude. When she gave us the change she threw it us and everything fell to the floor. I was in shocked, so I didn't want to say anything bad to her becasue maybe sorth your throubles at home and not to the customers.

You have to love self-serve and have it your way yogurt. The young man serving me was very pleasant. They also have Boba tea. The fruit was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was very clean.

I like the boba drinks a lot and the yogurt is good too. The only downside is they have been out of the boba before, but they reached out saying they were fixing that so hopefully all is great going forward.

yall literally got my order wrong. i got mad and they threw it at my face !!! then they choked me?? i mean i liked it but that’s not the point. after all of this they grabbed me by my hair and made me lick the ground? i also liked that but anywhoo also forced me to eat all the strawberry boba i couldn’t use the bathroom for a week! i hate this place so much.. i will be coming back tho… i liked the choking like REALLYYYYY liked it???

Very bad service. One employee serving a full house running to the back to make teas after charging customers leaving the front unattended. Turns out franchise owner was in the back doing nothing. I questioned employee about the man not helping him and he said he doesn't work his the owner!! What a bad example to the employees of work ethics!! How can he expect to have employees who are willing to do that extra step when he doesn't do it himself!! Very upset with the service and abuse of the employee.
Always the best customer service and simply amazing healthy option for snack eating ❤️

All I got was a simple milk tea. Both my girl and I felt that the drink had zero flavor to it. I was expecting so much especially after I saw all that they offered on the menu. I will have to stick with the frozen yogurt the next time I return.
