Ordered the spicy nacho chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw, noticed it a few bites in.I have previously had minor issues with orders at this location but nothing of this sort. It does also take long to get the order even if there’s no cars.I was the only one there at the time, the order took long to come out and then for it to be raw.They offered to give me another burger but the manager never spoke to me, the cashier relayed the information to me on their behalf. Disappointed by the way the situation was handled.

This place lacks maintenance. During my last visit the manager informed me that the freezer was not working properly, but they were still selling food.I am never going back to this location.

Horrible experience and not the first time either. Every time we go the ice machine is not working and they have no ice. today they mentioned it when I ordered but other times they don’t tell you until they give you the order. Maybe a new ice machine is overdue
