I usually use drive-thru and I have no complaints the line moves at a very reasonable time.But when you call to order pick up, they were very unhappy with walking outside, I ask for napkins and ketchup, which I received none. I had to get off with my baby in the cars eat because she was sleeping and still had to wait even though they had like 20 employees.
I'm sorry, but today was my final vote. Yes IN N OUT burger is way better. I haven't been in a long while and It's a nice reminder. I drive from Laredo to San Antonio to eat in n out, I'd rather do that than drive here about 5 minutes away.2022- 2 burgers were incorrect, one was supposed to be plain with mayo, other was supposed to have extra mayo, had barely anyManager called and corrected everything. Thank you.

Although its an older building I am impressed of the cleanliness! Superb! Restaurant floors and tables were sparkling clean. I used the ladies restroom: toilet extremely clean, no tp on floor, hand soap full! Very impressed! Well done! I will return soon :)
